   Eh?  Before the change, they were still identical, all beginning with
that "HP Communities - " bit.

   In the tabs, I hardly care.  I always put my tabs in a standard
order, so I know what's where without reading the too-abbreviated text. 
Now they all say "All Topics - ..." instead of "HP Communit..." (or
whatever).  What I claim _would_ be useful is if the full title (all of
which _is_ shown in the window title bar) were less uninformative than
"All Topics - HP Enterprise Business Community" (for every such page).

   I'm too lazy to look, but I'd bet that I complained about the useless
HTML titles when this Lithium stuff first arrived.  I've adjusted my
expectations accordingly, so any improvement is slightly startling.
