   "windows" is not a very complete description of the OS involved.

   If I had a question about how to do something on a Windows system,
the first place I'd ask it is probably not in an HP-UX forum.

> run the oracle sqlplus processing, ie dropping users, granting permissions
> run the import from the shell
> start the windows service

   How would you do these things on the Windows system?  Commands?  GUI
tools?  Web browser forms?

   Before I could suggest a way to do any of this stuff remotely, I'd
need to know how you'd do it locally.  (And if you don't know that, ...)
