3par hyper-v 2012
Hi everyone,
I bought 3par 7200 and I'm implementing with two servers Hp 380G7 , yesterday I configured hyper-v and failover cluster. after I've configured everything or almost everything:), I tested failover between two servers and it seems very slow, I configured one disk as Available storage it seems ok, the other disk I've configured as Cluster shared Volume here it's so much slow. I'm installing one virtual machine "windows 2008" and it's installing more than 1 hour.
if someone has the same enviroment , could you share how do you use or what is the best practise for 3par and hyper-v
P.S. This thread has been moved from Storage Area Networks (SAN) to HP 3PAR StoreServ Storage. -HP Forum Moderator

“windows 2008" and it's installing more than 1 hour”
It seems you have serious performance issue.
Do you have any other type of servers been served from this 3par?
if yes, how is the performance over there ?
What is max speed you can get for normal copy?
We had performance issues on our 3par near-line VVs only with hyper-v nodes , while the other servers was working fine, which is solved after storage firmware upgrade.
