when will this App be ready on Andoid? My Company dosen't supply us with a Ipad?

I see this app useful only in the case when someone wants to have a very general impression of his team. But this can be a good thing because when you see that the level of your team is very low compared to others, you can do some internal investigations about it.

This application is a great idea.

There is a good amount of knowledge to be gained from reading people's answers, as well.

How will companies be benchmarked, though, since many use different technologies, workflows and structure?
