Discover the role of HP Application Lifecycle Management in the agile enterprise

Anonymous on ‎06-02-2014 08:00 AM

As your organization takes on more and more agile practices, additional people in the organization will become part of the agile agenda.  These people have years of experience under their belts, during which they’ve honed unique skills, and accumulated huge amounts of knowledge.  You’re going to want to keep these capabilities and knowledge within the organization, all while adapting it to the new reality.

A huge amount of know-how and capabilities are also embodied within the tools you’ve been using. And as your enterprise becomes agile, the tools, just like your people, need to adapt.

I’m going to be at HP Discover to talk about how HP ALM continues to serve your organization as you make the transition toward being an agile enterprise.  HP ALM integrates with HP Agile Manager, and is an indispensable part of your enterprise agile management system.

I’ll be talking about the concept of the ‘agile enterprise’, and the key roles and processes involved.  HP ALM is an essential part of the agile enterprise.  During my presentation, I’ll describe how it supports those processes by enabling you to manage the quality of your projects, while synchronizing essential data between HP ALM and HP Agile Manager.

So if you’re going to be in Vegas for HP Discover, come to Session DT3067 at 9:00am on Wednesday June 11! I would love to answer any questions you have about the agile enterprise or HP Application Lifecycle Management in person.

Hi Malcolm,

How tight is the integration between ALM 12 and the latest release of Agile Manager? Are there any docs describing this into detail?

Cheers,

Laurentiu

Hi Artok,

You can read the documentation for the synchronizer here.  It should answer most of your questions.
