Welcome to the first installment in the “HP Network Virtualization, easy as 1-2-3” blog series! This comprehensive series will guide you through Network Virtualization as a whole, and what you can expect from HP. Network Virtualization is catered to you, the user; during this series we will explain how the software works and what it can do for you and your enterprise. Network Virtualization and Lifecycle Virtualization in general is gaining ground in the field of applications, and this series is the perfect opportunity to help you become better prepared for the future.

To kick off this journey of virtual discovery, I want to provide an overview and the specifics of HP’s offering of Network Virtualization and its benefits to you. This overview of HP Network Virtualization is geared toward helping the customer by helping you lower costs and ultimately save time. An important aspect of HP Network Virtualization’s value proposition is the reduced expense from performance-related production incidents. With a significant 300 percent plus return on investment, users will break even in about 90 days.

In the video below, you will see customer results such as:

  1. Reduced performance incidents by over 70 percent
  2. Reduced testing time and accelerated application delivery by 30-40 percent
  3. Improved application performance and response time by 51-70 percent

Essential for DevTestOps are the four legs of the Lifecycle Virtualization table.

These include:

  • User virtualization
  • Service virtualization
  • Network virtualization
  • Data virtualization

HP can now provide all four legs of virtualization in one integrated package. If you are working with distributed users or systems, Network Virtualization is a requirement for you.
