Looking for DS10 "Certificate of Volatility"

Greetings,

Does anyone have or know where I might find a document that describes which volatile / non-volatile memories exist in an AlphaStation / AlphaServer DS10? DEC / Compaq / HP called such documents a "Certificate of Volatility"...something akin to (what are now unfortunately seemingly dead links to an "EK-ASCOV-CL D01" .PDF at) http://www.compaq.com/AlphaServer/archive/2100/2100_tech.html or http://h18002.www1.hp.com/alphaserver/archive/2100a/2100a_tech.html (which nominally were for AlphaServer 2100 / 2100a, while we are looking for similar for a DS10 )?

Thanks in advance,

Marc

Re: Looking for DS10 "Certificate of Volatility"

Greetings!

Marc, to obtain the certificate of Volatility, I would request you to contact HP support team, so that they can engage the right team to get the Certificate for you.

When you contact please include the Product Description and Part Number/Serial number of the unit.

Regards,

Renji V
