4250 psa driver management software not installed properly

Any time I try to add any driver to the psa I get the error driver management software not installed properly. I am running on the lastest firmware for the product.

What version of Firmware are you using, is it 2.5.143?

Has anyone found the answer to this problem. I am now getting it on my 4250 running firmware version 2.5.143

Hi,
not with 2.5.239. The only problem was to install NT4 and W2k/XP-drivers in parallel. This was possible with erlier versions.
