Cache server help
We have HP web cache server appliance sa2200. I just put it into production last Sunday using Alteon 180 L4 switch to redirect web traffic to the cache box which is supposed to be working in transparent mode.
The problems are:
1. Everybody complains the Internet is slow.
2. When you open Google to search something, the cache server returns
"We're sorry...
... but we can't process your request right now. A computer virus or spyware application is sending us automated requests, and it appears that your computer or network has been infected.
We'll restore your access as quickly as possible, so try again soon. In the meantime, you might want to run a virus checker or spyware remover to make sure that your computer is free of viruses and other spurious software.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope we'll see you again on Google. To continue searching, please type the characters you see below: "
After you put whatever the work it shows, then it works.
3. In fact, I did not really configure the web cache server, I just assigned IP address, and the like, then it started working. My doubt is that the cache server is working in transparent mode by default?
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
