HP SA3100

I have a SA3100 with 4 SST tunnels all with Symantec VPN appliance 200s. The one to the USA does not seem able to renegotiate the keys. Anyone else had trouble with this? I the Internet link at the site is fine. Ping times to the site vary but average at 200ms. I wondered if this was a potential issue with key negotiation.

I have setup a tunnel from the local symantec box to a Symantec Firewall which renegotiates fine all the time.

Any thoughts or help on such connectivity would be welcome as the HP sa3110 works fine for everything else we need it for.
