Neoserver 150 and admin password

I have just started to use a Neoserver 150 but the previous sys admin left without telling anyone the admin password. I am trying to reset the password back the factory default. After reading the "Neoserver User guide - 1st Edition Jan 2000", it doesn't seem to match what I see when trying to connect the server using a Netscape browser.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this one.

In the welcome screen are you not getting the password hint option next to the admin login?

Here's the 1999 userguide, maybe the 2000 one is different.
