SA 3110 VPN and Win XP Pro

I have an SA 3110 VPN Appliance. It seems to work fine on Win XP when the remote user connecting via the VPN is accessing resources on the same subnet as the VPN. When accessing resources on a different subnet no data is communicated. Users using Win 2000 do not have this problem as they can access all resources regardless of subnet. Is there a patch or upgrade to the VPN Client for Win XP?
