Access denied in Logfile monitor

Hello all,

 

I am trying to monitor a  log file on a shared path. I have personally verified that access is iven for Sitescope user. 

 

Say for ex: Sitescope user is : Sis_usr

and Path is \\abc\x\y\z\abc.log

 

I can view only until \\abc\x\y

When I try giving full path it says directory/ file not found. 

 

Any idea how I can debug this?  SiS_usr has access to the share.

Hi Sreeja,

 

Logon to some server with SiteScope credentials, and try to map the drive and try to accessing abc.log. And verify permissions of z\abc.log.

Issue resolved. Had to restart the server. AD was not synched.
