KPI Data shows NO Data in Dashboard in BSM

Hi,

 

  We have created a CI and CI is getting data from BSM connector.Staring it used to get data correctly but suddenly it stopped getting data and dashboard shows as NO Data.We tried to restart BSM and also check the KPI assignment and it is also it is reporting to event browser without any error.But dashboard is not updating any help would be appreciated....

Hello,

 

Have you tried to deactivate and activate the Policy from BSM connector?

 

If you have tried that I would advice to open a support case to verify the log files from BSM and BSM connector.

Restarted both BSM servers and deactivated and re activated policy .Issue resolved.Thnaks for help...
