KPI Status not propogating to Logical CI



Am currently using OMI for the event managment , my customer wants to see the  status of nodes on the service health also and I can see the ETI is propogating the status to node level.


But when am creating a logical CI called service or CI Collection the status is not propogating to it.


Then I checked that KPI is present on the Logical CI or not , i can see the KPI , but Health indicator is not associated with the  KPI , when i try to associate the helath indicator manually , I can see only two Health indicator called legacy system & Performance Analytics available , am wondering why the other HI are not present.


Am not able to find the way through which i can propgate the status to the logical layer...


Can somebody helps me here...

Ashish, Health Indicators are associated only with their CI and the only thing that propagate is KPIs' statuses.
you won't find Node HIs on CI Collection or Service...
you need to check why the KPIs didn't propagate their status from node to parent. usually the reason is having impact cycle.
If you cannot investigate this by yourself, I suggest opening Support Case.
