pdf report not getting extracted

HI Team

 

In BSM PDF report not getting extracted

 

It shows cross on all graphs

 

Pl suggest

you didnt add any attachment.

by "cross on all graphs" did you mean "X"?

you didnt mention your deployment. I guess you have more than 1 GW and LB, is that correct?

yes i mean X

 

we have 1 gw and 1 dps and BPM, Sitescope integrated

 

Pl suggest

 

I see X for all the reports while exporting in PDF

you should open support case.

they will know how to assist you.

I have two questions :

 

1. do you use SSL in your BSM setup ?

 

2. are you trying to use any non-enhlish language within PDF report generation?

hi,

 

Can you upload from the BSM GW server:

 

..:\HPBSM\log\EJBContainer\reports.log

...:\HPBSM\log\topaz_all.ejb.log

hi,

 

Known issue please see : http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/LID/QCCR1I65635

 

please edit on GW server"HPBSM\AppServer\webapps\site.war\WEB-INF\rfw\conf\applications\sam-presentation.xml"

look for "FLEX" change this to "Flex". After that restart BSM GW server.

Let me know if the problem continues.

But we see this issue for end user monitoring module also while exporting report in PDF

HI We perfomed this changes but cross performance report was not opening so reverted the changes Pl suggest

Please upload new logs:


..:\HPBSM\log\EJBContainer\reports.log
...:\HPBSM\log\topaz_all.ejb.log

I'm going to check them, but this might end up in a support case.

i found the same error:

 

2013-09-18 13:29:05,844 [ajp-0.0.0.0-8009-6] (CustomizationService.java:194) ERROR - MERQ-120201: Failed to set customization property
property key=renderingPolicy.technologies

 

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Illegal RenderingTechnology: FLEX

 

I suggest to open a support case. You can try another browser, but i think the issue remains.
