Backing Up Puter With Iomega and CD
I have tried to backup my puter by using Iomega and then storing to a CD, unfortunately I am not being given the option to backup to a CD. I know I was able to back up using Iomega at work to backup to a CD, but I have a newer version and should also have that option. Does HP offer backup software or is there a program that came with the HP Pavilions?

Re: Backing Up Puter With Iomega and CD
Dear Nighthawk,
The backup software should be supplied by Iomega for either Zip or tape drives. NT4 and Windows 2000 professional have built in back-up applications for tape. HP only supply backup apps. with our SureStore Tape drives. You could try the web for a trial copy of Backup Exec by Veritas,ARCServe or similiar.
Good Luck

PS It would be useful if you posted your drive type and operating system.
