OB xt6200 won't power up
The 6200 started not seeing a boot drive--but after several control-alt-delete's it usually would.
Now it won't start at all--no indication of power. With the power adaptor plugged in, both battery status lights flash yellow. Other than that, no lights, no noise. Self-indicators on batteries show them dead.
It's our only OB, but the power adaptor works OK on a non-HP laptop. (But isn't the original. This one is rated at 3.5 amps and did run it before.)
I've pulled both batteries and the hard drive--still no power.
Ideas?
Thanks.

Tom:
For obvious hardware problems such as the one you describe, your best bet is to post in the Omnibook forum:

Re: OB xt6200 won't power up
Thanks. At one point I was in that conference seeing if anything similar was posted, but by the time I got logged on I was elsewhere!
