Information Governance: Introducing Digital Safe Discovery

LuisRomero on ‎04-02-2014 07:25 AM

digitalsafe.jpgFaced with increasing litigation and regulation, many organizations must rely on defensible archiving and eDiscovery solutions in order to efficiently respond to hundreds of eDiscovery requests and internal investigations; each posing significant business and financial risk.  HP Digital Safe has long provided a strong foundation for litigation readiness with its market-leading archiving capabilities and search functionality.

To ensure companies can meet these growing and more complex legal challenges, HP Autonomy has introduced Digital Safe Discovery (DSD), which is an integrated module within HP Digital Safe that provides many significant enhancements to support comprehensive eDiscovery and legal preparedness.  It is an enhanced version of the Audit Center module that has accompanied Digital Safe for several years.

The integration of Digital Safe Discovery enables a wider set of robust eDiscovery capabilities including more intelligent searching, better management of legal holds, case based auditing, improved custodian support, and a streamlined collection process.  As a fully integrated component of HP Digital Safe, DSD creates a solid framework upon which organizations can confidently address all eDiscovery requests, and mitigate their legal risk.

Digital Safe continues to be proven by the largest global companies and is positioned as a leader by industry analysts.  DSD’s integrated eDiscovery enhancements and other improvements across the Information Management & Governance portfolio further reinforce HP Autonomy’s ongoing pursuit to remain the standard in information governance.
