HP service pack

Hey guys, I'm looking at the moment for 24 hour service pack from HP.

I would like to know whether I can speak with english speakers 24 hours a day, as well as german, french, dutch and italian speakers as we will be looking into purchasing a mobility service pack for our hardware.

How does after hours support work? How has HP set it up to work, are there call centres abroad to take calls at night or will you just be talking to someone in your own country?

HP support is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Hi Nick,

I do everything from the site and it is much better than by the phone.

Here in Portugal I speak Portuguese with Portguese HP Engineers but it may depend of the type of support contract you make. About different languages contracts you must call your HP sales reprentative.
