One stop shop for IT Service Reporting – SHR New Version 9.30 released, supports OVPI Migration

Cross-domain reporting is an ever increasingly important part of IT Requirements. It provides the capability to define a report once (or more than one) for a service and feel confident that every time it is generated the data collected is coming from the appropriate resources that impact the service, whatever infrastructure changes have made in the interim. HP Service Health Reporter saves IT staff time by producing a single pane of glass for all reporting across domains.

Running on Linux or Windows, the newly released SHR version 9.30 includes a remote collector that greatly increases the scale of reporting to tens of thousands of nodes and it now supports smart card authentication and better scalability for HP Sitescope metrics consumption. This version also includes new migration SKUs to assist customers to move from OVPI and system and network report packs to HP SHR.
