Unable to login to CSDB editor

Hi ALL,

              We are using radia 5.1 and when i try to login to CSDB editor i get

 

Unable to establish connection to HPCA server
API(ApiStart) return code: Tplicense(192)

 

Configuration server service is up and running.Could anyone help us to resolve this

Hi,

Can you check the ZMASTER.IPADDR value present inside the agent\lib folder to confirm if indeed this request is going to the right server?

 

Secondly, please check the load on RCS. It may be possible that RCS is running but currently the request to connect to RcS is failing due to push back.
