HP model dv9310us
I have a HP model dv9310us laptop.
My wireless connectivity light (HP laptop) remains orange even though the wireless adapter should be working..
The switch isn't in the off position and the light will just stay orange sometimes when I turn on my laptop, not allowing me to connect wirelessly. I've tried System Restore and that only worked for a short time.
I have searched on line and I found many HP
customers have been experiencing the same problem. Does HP have a fix for this issue?
Please let me know if there is a fix?
