no wwan on 6735b with windows 7 pro 64bit
Hi,
I own a 6735b notebook with wlan/bt/wwan.
A few days ago I installed Windows 7. BT and Wlan work very well, but the WWAN-Device doesn't even show up in the Device Manager. In the Wireless Assistant I am unable to switch on the WWAN-Card.
I installed all the recommended drivers and software in the latest editions. In a WinXP-Installation (parallel on the system) the Wwan works nice!
Any ideas?
Kind regards,
t.steffan

Hello,
sure that you installed the right driver? Can you provide us a "ipconfig /all"?
Regards,
Patrick

Hi!
Here comes the IP-Config.
Unfortunately, it doesn't show the Wwan-device.
The drivers I installed are from the HP Website. Well, they should work...
Anyhow, the system still doesn't recognise the Wwan-card at all.
Thx in advance,
t.steffan
