where can i download the newest driver for 3Com Gigabit LOM (3C940)? It ist the onboad network card on the p4p800 board.

u find any drivers?

I instaled windows 7 64-bit but can not find any driver to go out on the net,but if i put windows 7 32-bit then its ok to come out on internet,so i dont know how to do?

Where did you find the W7 32 bit driver?  I'm trying to load W7 on my computer but the W7 advisor says I need to have the new driver from the manufacturer, and I can't find it.
