DATA VLAN NOT WORKING

Hello everyone

I have medium network consist of one HP 5500 Series Core switch connected to 13 procurve 2910, and I have VOICE vlan 20 (172.17.0.1) and DATA vlan 30 (172.19.0.1) , the voice vlan connected to AVAYA CM ,,  the CM has DHCP server
and it works fine

Port assingment:

For Voice:

vlan 20

name voice

tagged 1-43

voice

no ip addess (because ip given from Core switch )

For DATA

vlan 30

name data

untagged 1-43

no ip address

I ping the data vlan  default gateway and have reachability from evey edge switch via consol cable with no problem

My problem:

when I connect the phone ,, its takes IP for AVAYA DHCP and works fine ,, BUT when connect from the phone to the PC i do not have reachability to the Data vlan... I wanna test the data vlan without DHCP by giving manual IP to my PC ,, how I Can make it work ??

I want be able to ping the default gateway of the Data VLAN from the PC ..
