WX3008 disconnect Wireless Client from my RADIUS SERVER

Hi,

I have a wireless controller WX3008 with radio WA2620AGN work with a 802.1x freeradius authentication.

And I have 03 types of clients in my Wifi (Windows 7, Ubuntu 11 and Android )

Only my clients with a Windows 7 are disconnected after 20 seconds.

A syslog on my wc with the fallow message.

PORTSEC_DOT1X_LOGOFF -IfName=WLAN-DBSS0:3-MACAddr=D0:DF:9A:1A:79:36-VlanId=1-UserName=cassio-ErrCode=1; Session of the 802.1X user was terminated.

LOG Client [d0df-9a1a-7936] goes offline & detaches from WLAN [radius].Reason Code [8].

Note: My Freeradius work fine because I have a 3com 7760 in standalone mode and  the same OS clients are connected in the same freeradius, even the Windows 7 work well.

Any Help!?!?

I spoke with support about this posting and was told that there are some configuration settings that can be modified that may help with this issue.

You should call support and open a case with them on this issue.

Re: WX3008 disconnect Wireless Client from my RADIUS SERVER

debug wlan lwapp all

t d

t m

to shut off

undo debug wlan lwapp all

undo t d

undo t m

You can do this on the AC after the AP is connected to it . It may give you more info to troubleshoot with .

The message is telling you that Radius failed . You may wish to go to the server ( 2008 ? ) and find out what the error messages are on the server  or where radius is set up and view the logs there .
