device not found and ipc connection error

Hi Guys,

     can anyone help , i have recently upgraded my cell manager from 6.11 to 6.20 patch 621. After the upgrade , there is a couple of error that appear , attach is the session log for referrence. Kindly help??

I did not checked your logs (please don't attach them as Excel, use plain text instead). From what I know you have two options right now:

1.Log a case with support and request the fixes for the issues you see / I think most of them are known but not available as GA patch right now
2. Upgrade to Data Protector 7.0 which includes most of the fixes already.
