Oracle RAC setup w/ HP Blades BL680C
Does anyone have links for documentation for how RAC is setup on blade servers. I am familiar w/ RAC setup but with standard nodes. We are looking at;
OEL5 as the OS
11g as the DB version
Two nodes total, each blade being in a seperate chasi's
Any help would be great,
Steve

What is this? This is the HP-UX forum.
The BL860C are regular nodes just like any other server. They have builtin LAN and FC ports and if you need additional ones you add them with the mezzanine cards and chassis I/O modules. So RAC on blades should not be any different than RAC on any other server.
