expanding oracle application 11i issue

Dear all
I have oracle applications 11i (11.5.9) on hp9000 (rp5430).
now we want to include a subsidary co. so i need to make sizing for the system. i found enterprise sizing document for hp and people soft, can i find such document for oracle applications or this sheet work also for oracle financial.

thank u for your help but what i want is something like hp peoplesoft sizing tool. that gives upon your input an exact specifications for the hardware and the architecture.
