Re: P400: How to repair failed logical drive?
Hi,
It can be for the belpow reasons. Please check.
Logical drive is configured for No Fault Tolerance, and one or more drives failed.
Mirroring is enabled, and any two mirrored drives failed.
Data Guarding is enabled, and two or more drives failed.
Another configured logical drive is in the WRONG DRIVE REPLACED or LOOSE CABLE DETECTED
state.
Regards
Sudhakar

Re: P400: How to repair failed logical drive?
It seems more than one drive has failed/removed from the array. If you have removed any disk accidently you may put i back which can help in getting the data back. Have you contacted HP Support?

Re: P400: How to repair failed logical drive?
Are all five of the HDD's updated with the same version of firmware?
Have you confirmed that the new HDD is hot-pluggable?

Re: P400: How to repair failed logical drive?
Agree with hvhari.
You must somehow have been hit by a multible disk failure.
An ADU report, might tell whats gone wrong.
Beside, you are on an old fw level.
