VA7400 Battery Firmware

VA7400 Battery Firmware

I have some batteries for my VA that have failed because of a firmware issue.  

 

How do I flash the batteries?  Is it armdownload?

 

and where can I get the latest VA battery firmware?  I can find the firmware for the controllers and disks (VA_Firmware_Bundle_2006-10-12.zip), but not the battery.
