HP USB Disk Format Utility as non-admin user

I am looking for a way to run the HP USB Disk Format utility as a non-admin user. I need to run this applicatin to format USB drives as bootable devices. But the application errors stating that I need administrator rights. I have tried being promoted to a Power User and granting full control to the registry keys and .exe. But this has made no difference. Having local administrator rights are against the corporate policy, so could someone advise if there is an alternative please?

did u tried by right click on the appliaction and select "Run as" and try with local admin credentials. Hope this will work with out login to local admin account.
