that is a fiber channel disk so you will need a fiber channel host bus adapter

Dear

I need to connect to the PC backt to back without using HBA cause I removed this FATA HDD form the disk enclosure for example for SAS HDD there is convertere for SAS to SATA adapter.

I would try getting a pci-e FC HBA and directly attaching the disk shelf (with those FATA disks installed) to the computer via 1 or 2 fc cables.  Or do you no longer have that disk enclosure?  if so you might be out of luck, i don't where you can get an FC to SATA converter board.
