Re warranty support for faulty new HP disk drives

Recently I purchase six new HP 432146-001  300gig SAS 15K Drives to expland our server.   Unfortunately one failed after just two weeks of operation and another failed to inilialize fro first install.

The other four are running perfectly.    I faxed my warranty enquiry to HP Melbourne with no response, then Sydney also no resonse or advice an proceedure then I tried HP Singapore also with total silence.   HP web warranty registration not recognize the part number so there is no way I can get chat assist or any advice from them.

Can anyone point me in the right direction where HP ca n direct me to have these drive replaced ?

Regards from Rod

One post is enough.

Tried calling?

If the server still under warranty perhaps you can file it under that?

432146-001 is the spare part number. If I remember correctly when you want to check  a warranty you need the (HP, not manufacturer) serial number and the option number (usually ends with -B21). For example 431944R-B21.
