Vmware
Hello
I am installed the esx 4.0 on the Vmware workstation version 7.0. On my laptop and after installation I downloaded vsphere from local address of my network after that I installed the vsphere too ,,but when I want to login I can not login and the windows show me the problem so I could not solve the problem ,,,I attached the picture of error,,please help me to solve this problem ...

i guess you need to use bridge networking or NAT on your VM, its unable to reach that ESX
