You shouldn't need to give it local (Windows) admin permissions. That's kinda what we're trying to avoid here, least to me.

Remove the Administrators local group from your local user account. The issue seems to be where it gets admin rights from.

The suggestion to call it "HPAdmin" is irrelevant BTW. Could be called MonkeyNuts for all the system cares.

Oh and a vCenter restart isn't necessary.
