CIOs and the New Style of IT

As Helen Beckett, Community Manager of the Business Value Exchange site, explains in her recent CIO Summit report, “An average of 40% of IT spend is being managed outside the IT organization”. Helen sums up big market drivers that are affecting IT, with demographic drivers and mobility being catalysts for the shift toward systems of engagement.
