If you can’t give it to them, someone else can. Fortunately, technology makes it easier for you to know what they want and deliver it. More customer engagement across business activities ultimately results in a better customer experience. This is the age of the customer.


In August 2013, HP commissioned Forrester Consulting to evaluate new models of customer engagement. To further explore these trends, Forrester tested the assertion that customer engagement is critical to the mission of business and explored how companies were engaging their customers.
