I could login! and in my account, i see "account deleted" sign. But all my information is still existing.

I'd like to jump in here with a quick clarifying point...

Our communities utilize the HP Passport (HPP) system for authentication - and  which is also used in other areas of hp.com.

So when users ask about having an account deleted, there are two ways we can look at this - we can delete your account *only* here in the community, or we can look into having your HPP account deleted - but that would obviously keep you from using your Passport account *anywhere* on hp.com, not just here in the forums.

If this area is an example of the help we can expect from HP there is no sense in even being here. It really disappoints.

I just bought an HP1000 and can't even find out how to set it up to print labels.

Please delete my HPP account. Yes I realize my account will be deleted for all HP passport services.
