Forum layout
OK, so I found the option to select a larger font in preferences, but why is the default font still used for the forums hierarchy? I.e. the selection only affects the size of text in posts. The default font is very small (looks like 6pt or 8pt) when using a high res laptop. Most other forums based on phpBB and vBulletin seems to get this correct out-of-the-box.
Also with regards to listing of subjects/threads in a forum why is so small space allocated the subject? Having what is a one-line description split up in multiple lines is not very readable. Even the Author info seems to have a wider allocation. Again the the phpBB or vBulletin styles of forums wins by comparison. Did not find any options in preferences to modify this layout, although as a fresh user I may have overlooked something...

In firefox, you can use control-+ to make all of the text bigger.

No, there are several complaints about that:
