How to create a forum?

Hello,

I want to create a forum for CMS BU on Aggregation Platform for Software as a service.

This forum will be a second forum in "Community Home > HP Software Solutions Community > Telecom Solutions"

How do I proceed?

As normal user you don't have the right or ability to do this, you can ask one of the admins for it.

Isn't there documentation where I can find the related information on forum creation:

- What are forums for (marketing promotion, general discussion, technical, ...)

- Available forum settings: private (upon invitation) / public, moderation, ...

- How to set-up a forum:

  * pre-requisites

     such as social networking qualification/certification (as it exists a few year ago on blogs), regular posting engagement, existing community, ...

  * step-by-step guide to actually create the forum

  * maintenance (if any)
