ITRC redirection

Possibly already mentioned.

ITRC redirection: Technically there should be multiple options for redirection of old forum posts to the new forum.  Currently a lot of know-how found by Googling is in danger of disappearing once it leaves Google's cache...

Just add "site:h30499.www3.hp.com" and you'll find the new EBC forum copy.

Re: ITRC redirection

Well, possibly a solution for however long h30499.www3... is kept (until next year?) - lot of extra typing though.

ITRC was a good, short keyword to limit searches to ITRC forums.  Some similar relatively unique keyword should have been a design-time demand for the new site.  IMO.

From what I've experienced here, it seems very few 'design-time demands'  had anything to do with making life easy for the users/customers.

Agreed, the customer experience and satisfaction seems to have been left off the list.
