Problem with this site and IE 8

Has anyone experienced any problems with this site being displayed correctly in IE 8 ? Everything works fine with firefox.

Can you explain how it is displayed incorrectly?

I think I had to use compatibility mode to get the next/prev arrows to work.

I tried compatibility mode and that did not help. See the attached for a sample screen display
