These odd Chinese or Japanise fonts can be found also in other windows. Are there two languages in use in this forum?

There are indeed a few non-English languages utilizing this same forums platform - we're working on some changes to the top-level page for the community so the content will be more distinct based on language.  Lots of exciting changes coming in 2011!
