This switch demonstrates that HP really hates its customers.
I see that I am not alone in realizing that you really do not care about us; and I thought since we all pay for support we would get better service, but this is terrible. None of hte information was kept and it cannot be referenced. This is worse than the move of VMS support to other countries; at least they finally learned when to get to the USA but you cannot go back from this. I am appalled because I work at a large customer and defend HP all the time. This makes it harder to do that and wlil make me have to call their support line (and waste time and HP money) to solve stuff.

They do like us when we send them a PO, after that not so much.

What do you think is missing?
If you use google, you should add site:h30499.www3.hp.com to your searches.
The forum search also works much better.
