Type text problem

Hi,

since a few days I noticed whenever I type the quotation mark symbol in the text box, it will change to <at>.

Why?

This is what I type:

' " '

this is what I get

@

Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

   Not for me:

      "quotation"  'apostrophe'  @AT@@

That's using Firefox 45.0.1 with "Languages" set to "English/United
States [en-us]" on a Mac (with a "C" locale).

Re: Type text problem

The @ symbol is used for an "@ Mention", where you can call out (mention) another community member by screen name in a post. If you were to type a quote, followed by the screen name of another community member, into a search field with "USERS" selected, it is possible that the interpreter is expecting an @ Mention. Testing the scenario did not confirm this to be the case, nor rule it out. Should it happen again, please see if you can get a screen shot, with any details available.
