Unable to navigate to Contact Options of My Preferences

When I try to update my Contact Options (https://hppregstg.passport.hp.com/hppcf/modifyuser.do?hpappid=LITHIUM-2&applandingpage=http%3A//h30500.www3.hp.com/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile) in the My Prefererences section (http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile) of My Profile (http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1103247), I am prompted to log into HP Passport a second time. 

 

Unfortunately, it does not accept the credentials I used to log into HP Passport the first time.

 

Is this due to a bad URL for Contact Options?

I mentioned this problem before.  It still happens.  I'm using firefox.

It seems the only way to change it is wait until your password expires?  Or enter it from other location?

It looks like it.  There is a URL there that works.

I believe it was a bad URL, and it has since been corrected.
