Yes but you didn't make it right or middle clickable (firefox) so I don't lose the current tab.
(This isn't like I'm making a credit card transaction where you don't want to confuse the browser.)

Right. He sure suckered me in though. It looked like it worked for a few seconds. :-)

Re: We need an 'advanced search screen'
Does this make any sense? I expect something different.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Try putting a space between vs. and bsc - I was able to find the thread when I searched for docs.hp.com vs. bsc
Now I have 1 hit - this topic right here (We need an 'advanced search screen'), but not my thread.
Meanwhile google has a hit to the old forum and another to the new for this search (to my thread).
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Did you change the drop-down from "Board" to "Community"? If you don't, the search is going to restrict your results to the selection in the drop-down (in this case, just the Feedback board).
On a related topic, I just posted the following in the Tips & Tricks area - Searching in the HP Enterprise Business Community

No drop-down on the search page!
Hope this helps!

Torsten - you've still got the spacing issue between vs. and bsc with that link - try this one:
And there's not a drop-down on the results page because you're no longer in a specific category/board section of the site.

Re: We need an 'advanced search screen'
http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/message?advanced=true&filter=openResponse&phrase=docs.hp.com+vs.bsc&q=docs.hp.com+vs.bsc&search_page_size=10&search_type=thread#/?q=Search+for...&phrase=docs.hp.com+vs.bsc&advanced=true&search_type=thread&search_page_size=10
I usually don't know about the specific sub forum when searching anything.
Hope this helps!

Torsten.
