Why do I see a lot of Chinese Language in the Community main page?

Why do I see a lot of Chinese Language in the Community main page?

I have selected "US/English Default" in my profile...

Right now, I can't seem to find back the Server/BladeCenter/ProLiant Community. Was that removed? Or does someone know what that is called in Chinese?

It is an international Forum, so you see the asian forums as well.

Regarding the Server etc. check my signature.

It's right there in your attachment under Servers:

And even deeper for those two:

Thanks for your reply. Maybe I didn't look very well yesterday. Adding to the confusion is the fact that without login, the Home-page looks differently compared to after logging in.

But last week I definitely had an issue while unable to get to the correct forums.

And I just received this Mail in the Mailbox.
Can you explain this? (see attachment) Again; Chinese language appearing from thin-air.

That's a question for one of the moderators.

Re: Why do I see a lot of Chinese Language in the Community main page?

UPDATED

As the Enterprise Business Community has multiple languages, it is normal to see some categories and posts in languages other than English. If you click one of the non-English categories, the platform resets your profile language to the same one as the category you clicked. In this case, it turned out to be Japanese. Therefore, as long as the browser session continued, the platform was set to translate certain items into the target language. This explains why "Occasional Advisor" was translated in the automated message, and also why, if MBSNL checks his profile page, the rank is now in English. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

It shouldn't do that.  It should remember what I said is my language.  And only the content should/could be in that original language.

I fact, when I go to the main forum page and do a View All of Unread Discussions at the bottom of the page the Prev

and next text gets changed.  But I guess the last page I touched was one of those other locales.

Some time ago, these were removed from the EBC forum main page.  You now have to use the language pulldown mention in the top right to select these.  They also include Norwegian, Spanish and Hebrew blogs.
